Corporate Consumer Law

While one of the parties to the consumer law is consumer, the other party is the goods/service provider. If the goods/service provider knows its legal obligations and rights and fulfills its legal obligations, this will minimize any possible sanctions and problems that might be encountered due to this goods/service relationship.

In this respect, for the consumer law, starting from the establishment of the relationship, it is our main aim to prepare in compliance with the legal arrangements the contracts that will be concluded with consumers and to ensure that the goods/service relationship achieves a smooth progress if it is a continuous relationship and thus, not to encounter a legal sanction in terminating this relationship.

Taking into consideration the characteristics of the goods or services provided in line with the demands of consumers, we develop strategies accordingly and ensure that the process is completed smoothly by means of our solution-oriented team.
