Nur Melodi Yaman
Nur Melodi Yaman graduated from Yeditepe University Faculty of Law in 2017, and attended various international law programs in London and USA during her legal education. She completed modules for US Law, International Business Transactions and International Law at the American University Washington College of Law. Nur Melodi Yaman was admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association in 2018 and continues her career at Erdemir & Ozmen Attorney Partnership.
Nur Melodi Yaman focuses on Commercial Law and IT Law, Data Protection & Privacy, as well as the areas of corporate consultation, litigation and alternative dispute resolution. Led various projects, she has provided trainings for companies within the scope of compliance projects.
She has provided consultancy services for domestic and international sector giants particularly in the fields of technology, software, media, telecommunications, tourism and hotel management, construction, energy, automotive and various fields of industry. She has also guided to contract negotiations, since Nur Melodi Yaman has taken certified courses in Global Mediators & Negotiators Association (GMN). Within the scope of IT Law, she has worked on Data Protection & Privacy, the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (EUGDPR), Intellectual Property Law and Cyber Crimes.
