Institutional Mediation

Mediation is an alternative dispute resolution process that aims to resolve the dispute without bringing it to the court. While mediation is mandatory in certain cases as required by law, it is also possible to apply it voluntarily in some cases. In cases where mediation is deemed mandatory by law, the lawsuit is rejected if it is filed without applying to the mediator.

According to the statistics compiled by the Department of Mediation, 65% success rate is achieved at the end of the mandatory mediation process, while 97% success rate is achieved in voluntary mediation process. During the mediation process, it is aimed to reduce the number of files referred to the courts , and a rapid trial worthy of the right to fair trial is targeted. In this context, mediation activities are carried out by our Law Office and it is aimed to resolve the disputes in a short period of time without the litigation process.
